Harrisburg International Airport Air Service Task Force

    The Harrisburg International Airport Air Service Task Force is designed to be a partnership between HIA business development staff and regional companies traveling by air to encourage new nonstop air service from HIA. Task Force members will meet a few times each year to compile travel data and discuss and develop communication and marketing strategies aimed at airline route planners.

    In September 2018 a corporate travel survey was conducted by HIA, the Harrisburg Regional Chamber and the Central Penn Business Journal. Click here for Survey highlights

    Initial air service goals for 2019 are another daily flight to Atlanta, another daily flight to Chicago and enhanced discussions on future service to a new International gateway hub.
